PURPOSE
Michael established his dispute resolution practice to provide a safe place to resolve conflict.
QUALIFICATIONS
Michael is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Michael practises exclusively as a dispute resolution practitioner. He has a legal background as a family lawyer that spans more than 30 years.
From 2015 to 2018 Michael was acknowledged by his peers in the Doyle’s Guide to legal practitioners. Since commencing his mediation practice, he has been endorsed in the Doyle’s Guide as a leading dispute resolution practitioner.
Michael’s experience as a relationship lawyer has qualified him well to work with people in conflict.

The Dispute Resolution Service:
Michael will provide you with the opportunity to start the conversation and find the constructive next step in the resolution of your dispute.
Michael will talk to you about your dispute and will outline the various dispute resolution processes which may be applicable to your matter. He will coordinate the meetings with those relevant to your dispute.
Michael will speak with you whether you are legally represented or not. His referrals are from past clients, mediators, lawyers, accountants, financial planners, brokers, doctors, psychologists, government agencies and members of the public. He often conducts mediations where clients are represented by lawyers and/or assisted by other advisors.
Michael provides further specific information and documentation to prepare you for the mediation process when he is engaged to act.
